Program Description: Interactive five-day training workshop aimed to lay out concepts, techniques and tools for developing  a management tracking and control system for the Ministry of Finance (MoF) and other line ministries to ensure that the investment projects are managed by the participating ministries with full attention to time, cost and performance considerations.
