Responsibility: Preparation and delivery of training program as part of the international expert team.

Participants: Consultants and municipal representatives from Romania and Serbia

Program Description: interactive five-day training workshops aimed at helping consultants and municipal project managers in their work in preparing feasibility studies and other project documentation for internationally-funded environmental investment projects. Program contents included:

  • project cycle management, use of standard design management tools (Logical Framework Approach – LFA, financial models)
  • team building aspects
  • all dimensions of preparing feasibility analysis (technical, financial and economic, environmental, institutional and stakeholder analysis).
