Macedonia Tourism Business Planning Support
Client: Macedonia Competitiveness Activity, funded by the USAID
Period: October, 2002 – February, 2004

Main goal of the program is to make Macedonian companies and their products and services competitive on the national, regional and global markets through a concerted work on development of several selected industry clusters.

To reach this objective the following project approach and services were implemented:
 
• Business plan development support to 6 tourism-service companies, that included sales and marketing strategy for targeted customer segments
• Participation on the after-action review meeting to discuss the process and identify improvements for future research activities.
 
The work process on each business plan development encompassed the following: one day training seminar in business planning process introduction; initial assessment; analytical work and development of business plan sections; report writing.
