Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to enable our clients achieve their ultimate goals, to improve and to add more value into their overall performance through employment of an integrated approach, superior service delivery and application of state of the art, innovative and effective consulting tools.

Where We Started

PointPro Consulting was established in February 2006, as a logical step forward based on the broad prior experience of the initial partners that are present on the consulting services market since early 2000.

Thus, we are present on the Macedonian and the Southeast European markets for more than 6 years, experiencing continuous growth and expansion in services, clients and markets. Throughout this period we have become recognized as one of the leading management consultancy and training organizations in Macedonia, and certainly as one of the very few present on the Balkan Peninsula.

Our clients are predominantly bilateral and multilateral donor agencies (USAID, IFC, UNDP, REC, OSI, EBRD BAS/TAM Program, DFID, and EAR), businesses, NGO’s and central and local government organizations.

PointPro Consulting's strategic and development plan reveals company's commitment in building our corporate infrastructure, systems and processes around three-tier organizational set-up:

1.      Senior managing partners/senior consultants and trainers

2.      Mid- to junior-level consulting team, supporting the managing partner business lines, and
