Major product here is a comprehensive feasibility assessment of various local/municipal infrastructure or local sustainable development investment projects taking into account all relevant design aspects: the local/regional strategic context, demand analysis, technical analysis, financial and economic cost-benefit analysis according to the international standards using the DCF technique, and institutional capability analysis of the project entity (municipal agency or public enterprise)
