After securing safe and long-term inflow of funds through establishment of an Industrial Development Zone (2007 on), the Municipality of Petrovec has decided to finance the construction of a new primary school. Main goal of the initiative is to improve (raise to modern standards) the accommodation conditions of the biggest municipal primary school. Construction of the new school is planned to be financed through a sovereign loan secured from the World Bank’s Municipal Services Improvement Project (MSIP) in Macedonia.
