SEE Region (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo,
Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro)

Responsibility: Complete program design and delivery
Program Description: Three-day seminar focused on:
• Increasing the capacity to identify and prepare environmental
infrastructure projects at the local and regional level across SEE
• Introducing and stressing the importance of standard international
project cycle management techniques used in the process of project
preparation
• Demonstrating the data, analysis, and documentation that have to be
gathered and presented in an application for financing from an
international source of financing
• Stressing the importance of cooperation and communication between
regional/local authorities and outside experts during the process of
project preparation.
