Client: USAID funded Regional Infrastructure Program (RIP) for SEE, lead by Booz, Allen & Hamilton (prime contractor)

Responsibility: Participation in the complete program design and delivery, as part of the SEE Regional Implementation team lead by Booz, Allen & Hamilton

Participants: Stakeholders in infrastructure project management from SEE and major IFI (Employers, Contractors, IFIs, Consulting engineers, Trainers)

Program Description: interactive two-day SEE Regional Forum  and one-day workshop aimed at developing a deeper understanding of critical infrastructure contract management issues and as a result formulate an action agenda for responding to the priority issues.
