Program Description: Three-day interactive workshops focused on:
• Introducing the importance of standard international project cycle management techniques and providing an opportunity for their practical application, with emphasis on project preparation activities, identification, implementation, and evaluation of projects implemented by NGOs
• Improving techniques in project planning and tracking through working exercises
• Stressing the need of using PM tools in creating project teams and delegating tasks, communication and negotiating skills.
