Responsibility: Complete design and delivery of the training module
Program Description: The module “Finance for Non-financial Managers” will impact participants at three levels:

1. Initiate behavioral change of the participants and change of their attitude toward managing and delivering public services

2. Bring knowledge about PA reform strategy and related core principles behind it

3. Enhance practical skills in recognizing and estimating different cost categories for preparing and controlling budgets.
