The Southeast Europe Enterprise Development (SEED) Facility in
Macedonia supported the development of small- and medium-size
enterprises (SME), as well as individuals and institutions that serve
the needs of SMEs, and enhanced the creation of a broader enabling
environment in which SMEs operate.
Our Involvement in the project:
Task 1: assessment of the recycling industry in Macedonia
Task 2:
assistance to the Association in strengthening of their management, by
preparing its first strategic plan to guide the operation and
development of the Association in the consequent 3-year period
Task 3:support in assessment of the local environmental legislation, with focus on its influence on scrap operators' operations
Task 4: analysis of scrap collectors' operations and technical assistance needs
Task 5: Managed and coordinated all activities for development of a monthly Association Newsletter
