Mr. Simon Avramovski and Danco Uzunov1 led a team of experts that prepared a comprehensive feasibility analysis and Business Plan for Ceramica Nova for the purpose of re-engineering the entire business. The whole process was comprised of the following activities:

• Creation of a business plan outlining the tactics and activities in order to optimally position the products of Ceramica Nova on the market.
• in depth assessment of the operations and technology cycle
• Creation of a detailed, tailor-made financial analysis and spreadsheet model, which enabled the investors to elaborate several business scenarios and forecast the performance of the new venture.

The management of Ceramica Nova has implemented the business plan for initial reconstruction and investment activity during the first half of the 2005 year. It has successfully started the production and the first results and quality of products have shown to be very good.
