Extension of Dojran Lake Restoration and Paljurci Irrigation System |

Purpose of the project/study is identification, assessment
and selection of an optimal scenario for upgrading of the existing Dojran Lake
Restoration and Paljurci Irrigation Systems. Several alternatives will be
identified comprising different compositions among a range of potential system
uses, such as: full rapid restoration of Dojran Lake, extended irrigation
capacity, sanitary water supply, and hydroelectric power generation. The
optimal scenario and systems’ exploitation conditions shall be identified based
on defined criteria and detailed economic and financial analysis.
