Simon Avramovski, is a professional with more than 20 years of broad experience working as a management consultant, project development and preparation specialist, management trainer, and consulting engineer. Mr. Avramovski has worked on a number of internationally funded development and technical assistance projects in Macedonia and the Southeast Europe region as a local and regional consultant, trainer and technical advisor. He has extensive experience working with the public sector (central and local government), businesses, civil sector NGOs and individuals. His project experience includes project design, financial and economic evaluation, institutional and corporate assessment, strategic and business planning, and local and regional economic development. His industry experience includes construction, tourism, municipal environmental infrastructure, public sector services (solid waste and water management), wine industry, and food processing.

Danco Uzunov, has over twenty years of experience in engineering and environmental infrastructure project identification, development and management; providing consulting services, training and technical assistance in the environmental management and local sustainable development sectors in over 15 countries in the CEE/CIS region. Mr. Uzunov's project experience includes project management, feasibility assessment, direct design, design specification and tender preparation, and supervision of construction of engineering and environmental infrastructure projects. His technical assistance program experience includes institutional capacity-building services, project monitoring and evaluation, grants administration and monitoring, and training. He has extensive experience working with public institutions, businesses, international development organizations, and civil society NGOs.

MANAGING PARTNERS     

Angel Panov, is a consultant, project development specialist, and civil design engineer with over fourteen years of professional experience in the field of environmental infrastructure development. Throughout his professional career Mr. Panov has worked on a number of large water resources management (hydro power schemes development, river bed regulations, irrigation and water supply expansions) and environmental protection (wastewater and solid waste management) projects in Macedonia, the SEE region and Italy. His involvement in the projects includes: planning and direct design at various stages of project development, financial and economic feasibility appraisal, institutional and sustainability assessment, and construction supervision. Mr. Panov holds a Master of Civil Engineering degree.

CONSULTANTS                     

 Ivana Stankovic, is a management consultant with over 6 years of professional experience with private companies from different industries, as well as public sector institutions; developed skills and knowledge in various functional areas, and specialized in corporate finance. A highly motivated and service-oriented consultant who enjoys going the extra mile to exceed the client’s expectations. Ivana Stankovic holds a Bachelor degree in Financial Management and has passed Level I of the CFA Program.

 Nenad Mladenovski, is a young professional with passion for organizational development and leadership. For the past 4 years, Mr. Mladenovski has been working as a management consultant at PointPro Consulting, advising on business growth and strategy development projects. Mr. Mladenovski has extended professional experience in market and financial analysis, financial modeling and forecast and corporate finance.
