management consulting projects for different SME clients in Macedonia
in providing:
1. Internal Enhancement Plans development, i.e. development of a
comprehensive analytical report that identifies issues in all operating
aspects of a SME company, including:

• Financial Management
• Production Management
• Environmental due diligence
and
defining adequate recommendations in order to improve their overall
business results, thus providing stronger competitiveness and
positioning on the market segments they operate in.
